Lively Arts Academy was founded in 1977 by Priscilla Santi. Priscilla ran a one-room dance studio after school in an empty classroom. Within the next five years Priscilla was operating Lively Arts Academy in Western Springs, IL. She ran that school for 15 years and partnered with her daughter, Dana, to operate that growing dance academy. In 1999 Lively Arts Academy began being directed by Candy Sipiera, a former student and teacher at Lively Arts Dance Academy. Now with all of the same values and traditions continuing on, Lively Arts is ready to bring your child to the highest appreciation of self expression through dance. We look forward to giving your dancer skills to be cherished for years to come.

Our Countryside location has two spacious studios, a fully stocked dance supply outlet, The Dance Store, and a Pilates and yoga studio with stae of the art exercise equipment.

A Family Affair

No one ever gets left out of the act. Each year more adults decide to join in the fun from Jazz/Ballet to Basic Tap. It is not unusual to find sisters, brothers, dads, and daughters rehearsing heart-stopping swing routines for our competition team. Even a grandma or two has been spotted in our classes.
