Creative Dance (CD)/ Mini & Me

Our Mini & Me-parent/tot, Mini-Creative Dance and Creative Dance I(3) and Creative Dance I(4) program follows a syllabus of beginning ballet oriented dance exercises. Musical instruments, scarves, and other teaching aides are used to make this class the most fun it can be.
Students are exposed to great opportunities including performing, creating, and interacting. These skills will provide our dancers with a well-rounded education in more than just dance. These classes are for students ages 15 months through 5.
Creative Dance classes continue through levels II and III. The entire Creative Dance program provides the building blocks that will provide your child continued learning year after year.
Creative Dance I(4) ACCL, II, and III are a series of combination tap and ballet classes that will ready your student for his or her studies in their dance future. These classes are for students ages 4-9.
Ballet
Ballet is the foundation for most forms of dance and we encourage students to add a ballet class to any tap, jazz, or hip-hop class they may be taking. While it may be difficult to see the connection between ballet and other styles, it builds strength, flexibility, and balance that can be applied in other classes. We offer ballet classes at many different levels to include anyone that wants to join in this great dance tradition.
Tap/Basic Tap

Tap is a rhythm based dance form and is tons of fun for any age. Beginner students learn the basic tap steps and rhythms that they can carry with them to the advanced level classes to improve their technique.
Basic Tap is one of our Adult Only dance classes that allows adults to learn tap in a relaxed environment. Have you always wanted to lace up some tap shoes of your own? Now is your chance! Basic Tap is a fun way to learn a dance style, meet new people, and maybe even work up a sweat. So bring a friend and join in the tapping fun!
Hip-Hop

Hip-hop is a constantly evolving dance style that can include different techniques like: popping, locking, and even break dancing. Learn different styles and techniques to show off on the dance floor and listen to the hottest music to dance to. If you’ve ever seen dancers on “America’s Best Dance Crew” or Step Up and wanted to learn how to dance like them, this is the class for you!
Hip-Hop Poms

Our hip hop poms class is perfect for students that want to learn the basics of pom-pom routines like: arm positions, kicks, and jumps. The fun twist is that we incorporate hip-hop into the class curriculum. Students will learn hip-hop freezes and dance moves to popular music that make this class unique and fun for everyone.
Hip-Hop/Jazz

This class is a combination class that is tons of fun for young dancers. Students learn the technique and basic steps of jazz dance and the funky flavor of hip hop dance. Students will hear all their favorite songs and popular music as they bust a move and get the chance to show off their dance moves. Hip hop/Jazz is the perfect stepping stone for students to take a Jazz class and/or a Hip-Hop class when the time comes.
Tumbling
Tumbling can compliment any dance class we offer, or it can stand alone as an energetic alternative for a non-dancer. Tumbling is offered for ages 3 and up. Tumbling gives a step-up to students entering cheerleading and pom-pon programs in their local elementary, junior high, and high schools. Our tumbling program includes individual attention for every student and their technique level allowing the greatest personal growth for each student.
Pointe/Pointe Tech/Pre-Pointe
Entry into all our pointe classes are by “Teacher Consent” only. Our pointe classes are for ballet students that take 2 ballet classes a week and have shown the strength and technique-readiness for the next level in ballet. Students will learn proper technique of pointe footwork and can advance to our level II pointe class. Pointe Tech is an additional pointe class for students who wish to get extra practice and is strongly recommended for beginners. Pre-Pointe is for students who show potential for pointe, but need to build strength and foot articulation in order to go onto pointe. Students in pre-pointe will not wear pointe shoes until the teacher gives consent.
Ballet for Jazz
This class is perfect for our advanced dancers that wish to improve their technique for jazz. We believe that ballet is a strong foundation for jazz and have created a class that incorporates the elements of ballet that will improve a student’s jazz technique. Students will increase flexibility and strength in order to better execute jazz leaps and turns. While this class has a great focus on technique, it is also a fun way to combine two great styles and to discover how to use principles from ballet to improve other aspects of dancing.
Jazz/Ballet Tech
Jazz/Ballet Tech is another one of our Adult Only classes. It combines the best of both worlds of ballet and jazz dance. This class teaches the basics of a ballet barre warm-up and jazz technique in across the floor and center work. Want to get those stiff muscles and joints moving in a fun way? Jazz/Ballet Tech will have you moving, stretching, and dancing towards a healthier lifestyle.
